The “Progetto Internazionale per la Mobilità Garantita” (International Project for Guaranteed Mobility) is promoted by “Io Sto Con … Onlus”, in collaboration with PMG Italia Società Benefit, and relies on the fundamental support of the Fondazione Terzo Pilastro - Internazionale. This particular project supplied four vehicles on free loan. The vehicles are equipped with an electric wheelchair lift and were provided to four associations in Naples, Cosenza, Avezzano, and Bologna that operate throughout Italy and are essential in accompanying people with disabilities.
Thanks to the Fondazione Terzo Pilastro - Internazionale, which immediately supported in the project, the associations that received the vehicles will be able to both occasionally and continuatively offer assistance services, such as accompanying disable individuals to medical visits, therapy, day centers, recreational activities, as well as work, educational, and social activities, therefore, guaranteeing the highest possible level of autonomy and integration.
