In collaboration with the Associazione Ambiente Mare Italia in Rome, this project aims at educating high schools students, especially from southern Italy, on the issues of digital and environmental transformation, in order to facilitate their entry into the work world. The initiative involves a series of lessons for secondary school students, which aim at intervening on the difficulties faced by newer generations when starting out in the work world, as they attempt to rediscover new professions that seek to promote our country, with a focus on rural and less developed areas, environmental protection, with particular reference to protecting the Mediterranean sea, and the efficient use of resources according to the principles of circular economy. The objectives of this project include: promoting sustainable and organic agriculture, transitioning to clean energy and decarbonization, rediscovering the soil and its value, and expanding protected areas, both regarding to sea and land. These objectives are all in line with the European Green Deal policy initiatives.
