On Monday the 4th of February at 11 a.m. at the Church of Saints Crispin and Crispian, Palermo adjacent to the Biblioteca di Casa Professa, greeted by the Director of the Servizio Sistema Bibliotecario Spazi Etnoantropologici e Archivio Cittadino Eliana Calandra, in the setting of the presentation of the ‘Fondazione Cultura e Arte per Ballarò’ project curated by Paolo Falcone - where the Foundation led by Professor Emmanuele F. M. Emanuele donated the artwork Genealogia di Damnatio Memoriae, Palermo 1947 - 1992 by the artists Goldschmied & Chiari to the City of Palermo - the Mayor Leoluca Orlando and the Chairman of the Culture Committee, Councillor Andrea Cusumano, conferred the commemorative medal of the City of Palermo and the honorary position of Ambassador to Palermo CulturE nel Mondo, 2019 to the Chairman of Fondazione Terzo Pilastro – Internazionale, Professor Emanuele. This is an important appointment - without precedent in the history of the city -for Professor Emanuele who for years has very generously accomplished numerous social and art and culture projects in Palermo through and Fondazione Terzo Pilastro - Internazionale and Fondazione Cultura e Arte.
