Fondazione Terzo Pilastro supports the AVSI association to accomplish a project created in close association with the Apostolic Nunciature of the Holy See in Damascus that aimed to develop three non-profit hospitals; two in Damascus and one in Aleppo. The contribution of Fondazione Terzo Pilastro specifically aimed to provide cutting edge equipment to the two hospitals in Damascus, managed by two religious organisations (one Italian and the other French).
